I'm fortunate to live a mile and a half from this little dump. Easy to mistake for a Sign-of-the-beefcarver from the outside, this place is crowded, smoky in the bar, dark, and uninviting at first glance. It also always has no less than a 30 minute wait for a table (even at really odd hours). This is for good reason - their food is delicious. Their burgers are simply the best on the planet, perfectly prepared, with pretty much any topping you like. Their fries are similarly delicious. Ditto the fish-and-chips. Frankly, I've yet to have anything less than a fully satisfying meal there. Their beer list is also very good and the tap selection is extensive.
Pros: Burgers, Fries, Fish and chips
Cons: Looooong waits, dark, crowded tables
