Review content:
I have been to RedCoat before, and yes the burgers are very good. However, the hostesses are extremely rude. We did the call ahead seating and did not know that all members in out party had to be present in order to be seated. 2 members out of our party of 9 were running late. They ended up giving away our table and we would have had to start all over and would have had to wait another 45 minutes. I am sure that they get stuck with empty tables a lot, but the way the situation was handled was very poor. The other 2 members were only 3 miles away and they gave away our table. I don't think I will be returning again.
Pros: Good burgers
Cons: Rude staff
