I visited for the first time yesterday, and despite other reviews, found that their prices are quite good -- as good or better than what I could find for the same shoes online. They carry high quality shoes, not cheap ones, so you need to expect to pay for that. Service was also great, very attentive but not high pressure. The salesperson I dealt with actually steered me to a more comfortable and less expensive shoe than I initially was considering!
Pros: good selection, good prices
Cons: Do not have lower priced shoes, if that is what you are looking for
