MY FAMILY HAS USED FAMILY MEDICINE ASSOCIATES FOR OVER 14 YEARS, NEVER MISSED AN APOINTMENT UNTIL NOW, MY WIFE CALLED BEFORE THEY OPEN, AND THEN FORGOT TO CALL BACK WHEN SHE GOT TO WORK. THEY SENT US A BILL FOR 50.00 DOLLARS. I PETTIONED. BUT DR. DALTON SAID HE WAS STICKING TO THE POLICY. BY THE WAY, HOW MANY TIMES DID THEY MAKE US WAIT 45 TO 60 MINUTES WHEN WE ARRIVED ON TIME FOR OUR APPOINTMENTS. SEEMS THEY SHOULD PAY US FOR THE TIME WE LOSS WAITING. MY FAMILY HAVE DECIDED TO FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER. I GUESS WE ARE GOING TO STICK TO OUR POLICY!
