I have worked at local coffee shops before and I have to say that Starbucks has been the best. And no, our coffee doesn't sit in pots all day long...we have to re-brew it every hour according to our rules, whether or not its been even touched. Our pastries are fresh EVERY morning and our coffee is delevered weekly in airtight bags! I know Starbucks may not be everyone's favorite but it shouldn't be for freshness sake. Its a great place to work too! Sure it may take a long time to get your drink sometimes in a rush, but its not as easy as it looks to make 1000 drinks a day!
