I go to Tekserve fairly often as I've had a ton of trouble with my iBook.
I will admit that while they do have a quick turn-around, the staff's attitude is a huge turn-off. If they focused more on service than being hipper than thou, Tekserve would be a fine place.
Unfortunately, I don't have enough space to cite many examples , but one service rep actually told me that I was lying when I told him that Apple said they'd replace my computer if it was still broken. Clearly, they did, and clearly, he was jerk.
I cringe even when I have to buy things there, because even the people who work at the sales counter pull attitude.
Go somewhere else.
