To Whom It May Concern;\r \r I would like to thank SAS for going the extra mile- literally! Sam's Ambulette Service definitely put my mind at ease and made my trip with my MS stricken mother such an easy, enjoyable, stress free and pleasant experience. I have to thank Sam and his wife for understanding my needs and being so helpful. \r \r I made the call to SAS from California a few months in advanced for a trip that I was making to relocate my mother to California from Washington. My mother is bed bound and only able to get into a reclining wheelchair. Sam was tremendously helpful from a few hundred miles away and assured me that he can accomodate my mom and her needs. I instantly knew that I was going with the best service around! \r \r On the big move day, Sam was to pick us up and drop us off at the Tacoma Amtrak station. His wife assisted in getting my mom situated in the van. The van that Sam uses is top notch and well taken care of. He greets you with a warm smile and has a sense of humor to make any situation enjoyable. For the next 10 minutes on the ride, he communicated to us like we were old friends and we even shared more than a few laughs. \r \r When we reached our destination it was pouring down rain (imagine that in Washington, eh) and his wife made sure to keep my mom as dry as possible with an umbrella all while assisting me with the luggage. They are a dynamite team and really made what could have been a very stressful experience one of the best experiences I have ever had. \r \r I would like to thank Sam and his wife from the bottom of my heart for being so caring. From one US Veteran to another- I salute you Sam for a job well done.\r \r Sincerely, \r \r Wendie Richards\r 707-365-0711\r \r P.S. You have my permission to share my review. :) \r
