Review content:
The whole process with this company has been a pain. I've never dealt with a small business that tries so hard to nickle and dime you, or is as disorganized as they are. Every part of living here was more of a pain than it should be, from signing a lease - to paying our water bill - to getting our move out deposit back. Get EVERYTHING in writing and be VERY thorough when you do your initial walk through inspection. By far the worst property management we have experience in 6 years of living in the Portland Metro area.
