I've been to Rapid Cleaners three times and will never return.\r

First time: Asked for shirt sleeves to be pressed/creased - they weren't.\r
\r
Second time: Took shoes for repair. Went to pick them up on appointed date. Turned out they'd been put in a corner and never picked up by repair man (who works off premises) - I'd have to wait another number of days.\r

Third time: Took several garments for cleaning/pressing. When I went to pick them up, they still had spots on them - and were ""pressed"" only if that means they still have wrinkles, etc. I was told to come back later in the day and they'd be fixed. When I returned again for them, one of the spots was still there. The woman up front (different one than had been there in the morning) first told me she could barely see it - I saw it right away. Then when I said it seemed unreasonable they couldn't get it right even after two tries, she said it wasn't her fault, she hadn't been there before - then she gave me my money back and told me to take the garments somewhere else.\r

Right. Will do. As also all my future cleaning, etc., needs.\r

If you want a place that doesn't want to give you even minimally decent service, Rapid Cleaners is your store. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
