Nails by David Lee is granted cheaper than the rest of the nail shops around in Modesto but their service is definitely below standard. David's employee worked on my nails and got me out of there in about 45 minutes. However after two days, my nails looked like it as if needed refills already. I agree with some of the other ladies who gave this nail shop a low review. For quality service, I would rather pay a bit more.
