The absolute WORST experience EVER!!!!!! From the word go when I broke my heel moving and had to reschedule carpet cleaners for when we were out of town (at our expense)....Yep, the managers cancelled them!!! They were over an hour late for a scheduled walk-thru....when we were flying in from out of town specifically for that! And the clincher! Being strung along at the tune of over $10,000 for additional moving expenses when we were told our tenants had given notice early and then moved across country to find them still occupying the residence. Turn Key did NOTHING!!!! They told US to go to the residence because they were afraid that the tenant would show up to the door ""with a shotgun""!!!! NiCE!!!! Refused to give us back the keys to the residence, return phone calls, emails or test messages! The absolute WORST service ever!!! If you have a ""hovel"" that all you need to do is collect a rent check, go for it! But if you are like us, wanting a company to care for your property because you are remote or feel ""out of your element"" with the legalities.......AVOID this crap company!!!!! I would recommend Terra West if you are in the LV area!!! Avoid these guys like the plague!!!
