Review content:
The location is pretty good, not too far from the freeway and some shopping centers, and they keep the outside trim from a landscaping pov. Lots of pets, kids/families, and young adults, all of which contribute to a noisy neighborhood. The clubhouse is nice but they waited over two years before they started to rebuild it; now its only open during the day due to vandalism.\r

I've had problems with the office staff as they often just ignore whatever problem I tell them. It's hard not to be bitter after dealing with them, but it's not worth it. They are good at signing you to a lease, but not much else.\r

Maintenance is a whole other world of frustration. Maybe they are extremely understaffed, but that shouldn't be an excuse. Just pray your apt does not have any issues, but if you're here for more than a year, the odds will catch up to you. Repair requests are often lost by the office, or take forever to fix. Wait until your a/c or heat breaks down or your apt floods and see what happens. Good luck.
Pros: Landscaping, location
Cons: Old, repairs often needed, poor treatment from office
