While my experience with Hoffmann occurred several years ago I have been frustrated ever since. They were very friendly, available, and reliable but their work and professionalism was HORRIBLE. The bathroom addition is a disaster, shower that leaked from day one, roof put on wrong which leaked within 5 yrs. and now leaks again, simple things like the 2 doors never closed (because they don't line up). Complaints fell on deaf ears and no refunds or acceptance of fault was ever gotten. I have moved on and I'm sure the workmen that did my job are long gone but I always felt they should have taken responsibility for their poor work.
