Aroush made no secret of the fact that my shirt was too large for my frame and told me it had been a mistake to buy the shirt. (Hey, it wasn't like the store had my size when I bought it.) He clearly thought I was a bit of an idiot... On the other hand, he tailored it perfectly and stayed open late to fit the shirt and alter it for me. When I wore the shirt the next day, a number of people specifically commented on how good the fit was... which was a first. I will be going back to get a couple more shirt tailored.
Look... this guy isn't some born and bred mid-western WASP who is going to brighten your day. If you are looking for someone to kiss your butt and make you feel like royalty, don't come here. In fact, find yourself a professional sycophant instead. Your clothes may not fit the way they would if they were tailored by Aroush, but at least the customer service is ""polite"".
Pros: Aroush's tailoring is outstanding.
Cons: His opinions are too honest for some american customers.
