Review content:
I was with Mark Ensley at State Farm for six years before I realized that I was being completely ripped off. After switching companies I am now saving $130.00 EVERY month. While Mr. Ensley's staff always seemed so nice, I felt as though I was well taken care of, now I feel as though wool was pulled over my eyes the entire time. I had called before to ask if there was any way they could lower my rates, they told me no, so I believed them. Then, after calling to cancel, they informed me of a possible lower rate (of course I wasn't willing to stay at this point). To top off this awful experience, I was still charged an outrageous amount the very next month AFTER canceling. After calling to be reimbursed I still have yet to hear back from the Office. I am very disappointed in this office; I truly felt they would never treat a loyal customer (of six years) so poorly. \r
