Review content:
I was a little nervous taking a pilates class for the first time in such an intimate setting, but the staff at Center for Movement eased my fears on the phone and I'm so glad I tried it!! The staff is excellent, the prices are very reasonable for such a small class size, and the workout was fabulous. We used the Tower, which is very intimidating at first, but my instructor was very helpful in teaching me how to use it correctly. I'm definitely going to start a pilates routine here and hopefully go beyond ""Beginner"" status! The class times are perfect also - it's so hard to find classes early in the morning, but Center for Movement opens at 6:45am with the first class at 7! I really enjoyed myself and am looking forward to continuing classes here and seeing results. Pros: class times, instructors, setting, tower mat classes, front desk staff
