Like the warm embrace of new love the ambiance of Sapphire immediately drew me in and set a relaxing tone for the evening. Even though the joint was jumping it some how maintained a sense of personable intimacy. The service was excellent, attentive and professional a quality that sadly many bars in Portland lack. \r

Regrettably I only had time for drinks and look forward to working my way though the menu upon subsequent visits.
Pros: Lush, romantic atmosphere. Fabulous drinks!
