Review content:
\r My in-laws have who are 86 and 85 years old had a breakdown. They called the AAA and then called me. When I arrived the driver was just arriving. I told him I would like him to tow the car to a trusted mechanic I knew in Woodinville (we were at 65th and Roosevelt). He knew the mechanic I mentioned but said it was too far and his dispatcher said they were too busy. He wanted to know if there was a closer shop he could tow to and I told him ""no, this is the mechanic we want to work on this car"". My father-in-law offered to pay (rather than have it covered by AAA) and the driver still refused. When my father-in-law said he had been a AAA member for 40 years the young driver said that this is why he canceled his membership with AAA. I could not believe he drove away leaving these two old people sitting in their broken down car by the side of the road.\r \r
