Review content:
We previously selected another garage door repair company; a choice prompted by our community newsletter. Needless to say, the work they performed was minimal and didn't cut it. Hence, we ended up with problems that had compounded due to lack of correction in the first place. Luckily, my husband found Girard's Garage Door Services on Google and you came to our rescue. Not only was Girard's Garage Door Services super QUICK to dispatch a Service Tech promptly but someone extremely knowledgable such as your BLAIR.
Most often individuals are quick to complain and not compliment for a job well done. We on the other hand feel that when a job exceeds our expectations we should give a ""Shout-Out""!
That being the reason for this letter. Although we feel assured that you already know this... we just wanted to let you know again, that BLAIR is an excellent representative for your company. Not only was he super quick to get here, but he was extremely pleasant, articulate, delightful and educated us.
My husband spent time going over everything with him. He made sure that we completely understood the operating system we have and what needed to be done along with what service he provided us with. In turn giving us reassurance of Girard's Garage Doors 10 year warranty, protocol and instructions.
