Review content:
I had my car in for an evaluation after an accident. Every person I encountered was extremely helpful, very professional. They provided me with a tow truck to bring myself and my car in and enabled me to get out the door straightaway with a rental car pulled to the front door for me. They upgraded my rental car to a full size car and matched the price my insurance would cover. They even offered to help me transfer my personal items from my car to the rental. In an age where customer service has become extinct, it was quite refreshing to be treated so well! I would highly recommend this facility and will return with any future car needs myself.
Pros: Excellent customer service, professional, courteous.
Cons: None!
