Review content:
This transportation service is the worst. Instead of admitting to a mistake they would rather point the finger at everyone else. Sad thing is that everything on my end is documented. I think they have contracts with social services and other public service organazations that helps keep this sorry excuse for a business going. I wonder if givin enough comlpaints would these contracts (more like hand outs) be taken from under them? In the mean time children are missing school because they are waiting for this ""transportation service"" to do what they are getting paid to do,or not do.
On the other hand the drivers themselves are very friendly and prompt. Too bad they have a piss poor admin team. I will be calling the attorney general and report the fact they are getting these contracts and not holding to their end of the bargin.....
