I have recommended Pelican Improvements to several people. I am a Realtor so he has done construction work on my house as well as the homes of my clients.
Mark answers his calls, returns phone calls, and responds quickly which is great. I know I can get ahold of him and he has got a real positive attitude so interactions are pleasant. I enjoy his company and know I can rely on him.
The quality of their finished work is excellent and they have reasonable prices. I am happy that I found Pelican Improvements and Mark!
