Businiess name:  Rose Bank Winery

Review content:
The ""wines"" on offer are almost uniformly terrible. What's worse is, by contractual agreement, one is restricted to serving only wines of the Rose Bank label at events hosted at the winery. \r \r The contract for renting the facilities also indicates that arrangements may be made to have Rose Bank obtain permits from Newtown Township for tents and canopies. However, after the contract was signed, the proprietor of the winery contradicted the terms of the contract by stating that permits aren't needed because they no longer allow tents or canopies! When this obvious contradiction of terms was brought to his attention, he couldn't have been more unhelpful, and he made no attempt at offering an explanation for this sudden, and gross, breach of contract.\r \r Visually, there is very noticeable fire damage on the inside and outside of the facility from a blaze that occurred over 2-years ago. Rose Bank Winery should not make its facilities available to the public for rental until urgently needed, and long overdue, renovations are completed. \r \r Don't make the same mistake I did, avoid the Rose Bank Winery, or you will certainly regret it! The very large deposit is non-refundable!
