This Dunkin Donuts gives all the others a bad name... They are always out of everything when we go....\r
Today we had a pick up for a catering order of 4 boxes of coffee...It was supposed to be ready at 7:15 and 7:40 I was leaving with it....unfortunately the event the coffee was for started at 7:30. Mistakes happen but how you handle them says a lot...there were no apologizes, no offer of a discount and not even an offer of a water while we waited....instead the manager Kathy could have cared less and acted as if the whole thing was an inconvience.....Well don't worry Kathy none of the organizations and businesses I work with will use this Dunkin Donuts again!
