Review content:
I have had the unfortunate experience of working at splash lagoon in Erie, PA. They disrespect their employees, don't pay them accurately, and will take their tips. Not only is this one of the worst run ""commercial"" establishments I have worked for it is one of the least sanitary. Not only do they not reward their employees for their hard work, they baselessly accuse them of crimes and fire them when management feels threatened that those employees want management positions. Scott Enterprises claims they are a family run, employee based company, and it is far from the truth. The only family in that company are the upper management that clearly have no business being in the positions they hold. Supporting this business is supporting their poor behavior and I would encourage people to visit Kalahari in Sanduski Ohio, from what I hear its much better and much more affordable anyways. Support you local employees and not the local business moguls. Those who work hard should be rewarded and businesses who take advantage should not.
