Totally agree with Gretchen M!! THat place was a cross between The Deliveance and Bates Motel. We left as soon as we walked into the room and saw how disgusting it was. I did not want to atay there any longer. And I also agree that even thinking about it makes me sick to my stomach! The owners were walking around with beers in their hands. When I calle dthe owner back after getting another room down the street at the Mio Motel..which was the same price, took pets and was spotless!! .the owner of the North Star told em that she was goign to charge my credit card $50 cancellation fee. I told her I took pictures of the place and would be calling Visa to tell them about the FRAUD! She then told em she was going to refund all my money but It has yet to be done. Might be going to court with them. I will be calling the Health Dept...this place needs to be condemned!!
