Review content:
We ordered aournd $800.00 worth of flowers for the wedding party and church for my daughters wedding. When the designer found out we were doing our own reception flowers she became very rude and commented that she didn't want anyone to think Bancroft had done the reception flowers too. Then during this appointment with my daughter to finalize the order she took a call from another customer. When she finished the call she said to my daughter, ""I always take his calls because he doens't skimp on his flowers."" I would never recommend Bancroft and put another bride in a position where she felt like she was being cheap...that's inexcusable!!!!!!!!!!!!
