Tom at Sima's is fantastic. I've used him for about 20 years now. Recently, he was out for a surgery and I was going on vacation and needed a cut and highlight in a hurry. I went to the #2 rated Dakota salon as it's five minutes away. Nightmare! You can read my disatisfied review under that salon for the scary details. In any event, I can attest that Tom is meticulous, precise, and great at achieving color results without the use of bleach! He cares about style and color and does not hesitate to do what it takes to do it right.\r
