I booked Allo Limo for my boss, while he was in Chicago on a business trip. The car turned up 30 min earlier and the driver decided not to wait since he had to give a lift to his mother ??!!! This was an explanation I was given when I spoke to them next day.\r
AND they still charged my credit card with £56 and ignored all our correspondence!\r
This is the worst and the most ridiculous service we ever had, though I regularly book taxis all over the world.\r
PLEASE BEWARE OF ALLO LIMO!!!\r
Pros: All positive reviews are written by Allo themselves
