I have had the pleasure of using Northwest Appliance for several repairs in my home. Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable, and works to get a technician out to you as soon as possible! Each time I have used this company, I have been pleased with the technician sent, the time it took to repair, as well as the cost of the repair. Techs have always worn shoe covers in my home, and have been honest about the repairs. I have recommended this company to several friends and family members and they all been just as pleased!
