Review content:
Terrible service. The gentleman who seated us and took our order could not have been more disinterested. In fact, every question we asked him seemed to bother him. What's worse is that after we ordered, our food did not arrive for almost 40 minutes (no exaggeration). When I asked the waiter/host why it was taking so long, he was very short with me. ""We're busy as you can see."" To culminate this terrible experience, they brought us an item we didn't even order, and then charged us for it despite our protest. I will not be returning to this restaurant. If you want to eat Indian food while in Santa Barbara, I encourage you to go to a different restaurant. There are many Indian restaurants in Santa Barbara. Avoid Taj Cafe.
Pros: It's well located
Cons: Bad Service. From seating to food delivery.
