Well, I must say that I am highly dissapointed to return here for dinner and hear that the smiley guy with the glasses and accent is no longer there. How can a place trying to represent a New England style restaurant have no employees (including owners) from New England? Sad to say folks but I must say this place has gone down hill pretty fast. Since the opening, I've noticed that there is no longer a head chef either(even though he wasn't very friendly he made some mean chowda). This would greatly explain why the food has been so inconsistent. It may no longer be a sausage grill but it seems to be a sausage fest in there as I have yet to see one female worker (I remember a cute female manager a couple months ago, what happened to her?). IN fact, with the service, food quality, and ambience it is more like a fast food joint. As a dissapointed New Englander, I must say that unless the owners work on some serious changes, I am going to have to take back my original review in June and stick with this one. Pros: Price Cons: Quality of food and service
