Even during a very heavy snowfall in February they were only a fraction late due to weather and traffic and called to let me know of the situation well in advance of my scheduled pick up time and they were very willing to make other arrangements for me if I so chose. They were very professional, accomodating and approachable. They gave me a phone call to let me know they were in the area and another when they were in front of my building. The SUV/taxi was extremely clean and the driver was very competent and knowledgeable. The cab was the tiniest bit more than another cab I took later on that evening, but well worth it. I typically despise the run of the mill taxis and refrain from taking them at all cost. Case in point it has been almost four years since my last cab ride. Without hesitation I will use them again in the future and have them in my cell for future reference when I head downtown and would recommend ITN to any of my friends, family and anyone else. In fact I passed their information along the next morning to someone.
