Cab service in MSP overall is quite poor. ITN for a period of time was actually delivering a higher level of service. After using ITN for more than a year, I will no longer use them. Noah and team have let me down on too many occasions. ITN states they are committed to providing a higher level of service between through their cars and drivers. What I have found is a little company that has lost track of its mission. On multiple occasions they have been late when needing to get to the airport or other destinations or have called me back for pickup at the wrong number. Their system is to write down the number of the caller on a notepad while driving and then call back when in front of their house. Well no kidding, driving and writing isn't exactly the most efficient and accurate process. The last issue which has me looking for other car services is that I was to go to the airport for an international flight where I was to be out of town for two weeks. I called hours in advance for a car. 15 minutes after they were to be at my place, I called and they advised they called when at my house but had the wrong number. They then advised they would send another car in five minutes. 15 minutes later after no car I had to hop in my car to get to the airport and parking it for two weeks, which cost me a nice $200 plus. If you are just going out for a night on the town and don't have a specific schedule to meet they are great, if you are looking for a reliable car service for business purposes, I would look elsewhere.
