I have never written a review on a website before, but felt compelled to save someone out there from the trouble we had, as the previous reviews of this company were good.\r

We called the cab company the evening before our international flight to be picked up in the morning. THE CAB NEVER SHOWED UP, and we ended up scrambling for a ride, having to wake up a baby and disturb someone's sleep in order to get there, barely making it on time. When we called to ask ""where are you guys??"" we got an answering service, and left a message. NO ONE EVER CALLED US to apologize or explain what had happened to our cab, a cab that was promised to be there promptly.\r
I do NOT recommend using this cab service! They are simply not reliable, and do not even have the decency to return a phone call from a customer wondering why they never showed. We live in a well-known area of town, so the cabbie probably just didn't set his morning alarm or something, as it is highly unlikely he got lost. But we'll never know.
Cons: Never showed up for an important airport pickup
