Review content:
I've been training at Brooklyn Aikikai for about a year, having trained in aikido elsewhere for another two years. This is a very serious, community-oriented dojo-- thanks to the dedicated efforts of Savoca Sensei as well as all of the members, who feel a great deal of love and respect for the space. You will not find many places in New York like it, let alone martial arts dojos. If you are at all considering martial arts you should put this dojo at the top of your list to consider. As far as the aikido, this dojo adheres to the very rigorous style of training taught under Chiba Shihan. Senior students will work at the pace of beginners, but, if you are ready to be pushed, you will not be disappointed!\r
Pros: great location, good schedule, rigorous mental, physical and spiritual training
