Because neither do they!!\r

A member of our party was served a ribeye when she ordered NY strip. It was not cooked correctly, either. She returned it...only to be server yet ANOTHER ribeye. She was then given a FREE steak (mind you, the rest of us had already finished eating) which was yet ANOTHER ribeye.\r

Another member of our party DID get a NY strip steak. It appeared to be cooked correctly. But it was tough.\r

I had ordered Ahi Tuna, which was the special of the day. It was TOUGH and smelled and tasted like fish. Fresh tuna NEVER tastes or smells like that. In fact, I have never had worse tuna. I was given some excuse by the waitress...and when I didn't get ""Wasabi Coleslaw"" which was supposed to come with the meal...I asked the server and he told me...""I dunno...thats how it was prepared"". WRONG ANSWER! They ended up bringing me some ginger and wasabi, like what would be served with suchi.\r

I would never eat here again. The wine menu is very nice, but the menu is too ambitious for these guys. The prices do NOT reflect the quality and skills of the kitchen and staff!!
Pros: Good assortment of wines by the glass
Cons: Cold Bread, Bad Tuna, High Prices
