My experience has been very negative! The loader operator hauled my car into their yard to process it as scrap damaging parts of the under carriage leaving me with an inoperable car. I had to jury rig the fuel system to be able to leave for an important appointment. after three weeks they still had not supplied me with replacement parts. I had to hunt down my parts from other suppliers, install my own parts and then they refused to compensate me for my time and trouble.I lost two hours working the day of the damage. another two hours repairing my car,. hours on the internet and the fools would not even give me $100 to avoid a lawsuit. the management are shortsighted and this is not the first time such a similar incident has occurred. Take your business elsewhere if you expect reasonable management.Dave Smith
