I highly recommend Blue Bay Carpet Care. I have had others who left my carpets soaking wet, quoted me prices over the phone and then charged me a different price to move the furniture when they arrived, brought in a hand machine and didn't move furniture, etc. I shopped around and found that Blue Bay was the only one who arrived on time, charged the quoted price and did an excellent job. All of my furniture was moved with no additional fee and it was all put back into place. My carpets were dry the next morning and extremely clean. Don't bother shopping for price, shop for quality. I wasn't disappointed like I was before. You get what you pay for! I won't shop around anymore - I'll just call Blue Bay - why waste hard earned money on a bad job!
