Review content:
I just moved to the West Village. I spend about $60 - $80 month on dry cleaning - simple stuff suits, shirts... I brought three brand new - never washed shirts into Grand to give them a try. By brand new, I literally mean I unpacked them from the Charles Trywhitt bag at Grand. When I returned, each of the shirts had the exact same stain on the front of the collar. Brown, rust looking, like it had dripped from somewhere during the cleaning process. The Asian woman referred to by ""Rachel"" could not have cared less. She wouldn't look at the stains, would not refund my $7.50, and made fun of me for being stupid. The conversation ended with her saying ""f*ck you"" over and over. I've never posted anything online about any dining experience or any service I've received, but this was just too bad to ignore. STAY AWAY!!!
Cons: Horrible Horrible Service, quality, and value
