I've been going to this cleaner for over 15 years and today was the last straw! This cleaner has lost a dress that has never been recovered and now, I've just been excused of lying about a dress that I brought in to get cleaned a few weeks back and it wasn't cleaned! The owner, Minnie or Winnie, whatever her name is said that I didn't bring the dress there and she doesn't have any record of me bringing it in to be cleaned! This was absolutely outrageous considering she never reimbursed me or credited me for losing a dress about a year ago and now she essentially was accusing me of being a liar! I was a loyal customer up until today and will NEVER step foot in her shop again and I will make it a point to tell any new tenants in my building to steer clear of Grand Cleaners!
