My adult rec baseball league ordered jerseys/hats/pants from these guys in late March. I use to order uniforms from the old owners and never had a problem. I was given an estimated pickup date of 3 weeks. It is now mid-June and my team still does not have their uniforms. I was told after 3 weeks that certain jersey sizes were on back-order and that I should have them in a week. I was told the same story every week. I never got a courtesy call from either John or Dave. I had to take it upon myself to call them once a week to get an update. They acted like I was bothering them. Everytime I called I got the ""I'll call you back, I have customers in the store"". Well, they're going to have a few less customers now so maybe they'll be able to provide better customer service. \r I sent my guys there initially to give them the payment. Both John and Dave were confused as to what team the payment was for since they were so unorganized. After all this i threatened to cancel the order 2 weeks ago, John told me that if we ordered another jersey color he could have them in a week and he would call me when they came in. Why couldn't he tell me this in the beginning? I told him fine to go ahead and order another jersey color. Needless to say, it's two weeks later and he never called me back. I called them today and they said they cancelled the entire order since one of my teammates cancelled his order - COULD YOU BLAME MY TEAMMATE AFTER WAITING 2-1/2 MONTHS????? In summary, don't ever buy anything from this store. T I am spreading the word about this store to all of the teams in my league, and there are many Cons: customer service, following thru with order, owners
