I moved to 2805 almost a year ago. The bldg. looks well-kept and the super seems very friendly when you meet. The problem? You end up having to fix your own apartment problems because the super always tells you he will be back later and never makes it back and when you contact the office you always have to leave a message for someone that does not return phone calls. I would never recommend this management to my friends, and trust me I have plenty of them looking for a good place at the moment. I have always felt is a shame for people not to understand the importance of customer service, isn't keeping your clients happy what keeps the money flowing?\r

Not recommended-Looks ARE deceiving!
Pros: Clean bldg.
Cons: Super does not follow-thru very often
