Review content:
I have never had such a hard time with a management company in my life. It took them almost 5 months of me hounding them to get my security deposit back after I moved out of the apartment. I never had a problem while I was living there, but after moving out the sh*t hit the fan. Finally, again, almost 5 months later, they sent me the check. It is $300 short of what my deposit was, claiming it due to the ""proportionate balance of the cost of painting the apartment.""\r
\r
The apartment has NO damage. I have been a contractor for 7 years. It neither costs $300 to paint a small studio with near to no damage (small nail holes, that's IT), nor is it the tenant's responsibility to pay to paint the apartment if there was no damage done whatsoever. Had I known they were gonna screw me out of $300, I would have painted the damn thing myself. Do not, I repeat, do NOT rent an apartment from these people unless you wish to be royally F*CKED.
