Review content:
This is a small gym with cardio machines, a modest but complete weight room and attractive swimming pool. Why then was I so disappointed? The management runs it more like a day care center than a health club. There are shrieking kids at all hours, even in the evening. And how can you complain? They're just kids, you know. So what if a kid throws a screaming fit when his mother makes him put on a diaper under his bathing suit before they get in the pool? So what if they play on the machines in wet bathing suits? There is very limited adults-only swim on weekends, and when kids are allowed in they turn it into a kiddie pool. Was I selfish or wrong to expect a more relaxing, grown-up atmosphere? The sullen staff doesn't supervise or have much interest in fitness. Pros: nice facility, good location, not too costly Cons: noisy, poorly supervised, too children oriented
