I do not recommend them. They will say and do anything to get your money and once they have a signed contract, they ignore your wishes. The buffet dinner for my wedding did not have all the items we requested or had incorrect items. They even made changes to our menu without bothering to inform us! Moreover, the food was either undercooked or overcooked. My aunts said afterwards that they should have cooked the food themselves - that's how bad it was. They don't pay attention to details and their customer service is lacking. When I called to complain, the VP said I was being petty and the head chef became defensive (I should have known better than to expect a French-trained chef to know how to make any other cuisine). They make promises in the beginning (""you will get to taste the entire menu,"" ""it will be exactly how you want it,"" ""everything will be perfect,"" etc.) and then don't deliver. Stay away! *** Notice the flippant remarks to my post - this is the level of customer service you can expect. And the omission of the primary complaints - undercooked potatoes, dry overcooked chicken, incorrect bread hard as cardboard. If you can't cook chickpeas according to specific recipe directions, might as well use canned (unless you like eating food the consistency of pebbles). Of course, if the recipes had actually been read, simple mistakes would have been avoided. But wait, they said they've made this ethnic cuisine several times. Yeah, okay. They're not interested in the facts - if their staff thinks everything was fine, then your comments are belittled. Nevermind the dozens of people who would testify to my complaints, under oath if necessary. Making false claims - that's called false advertising. And making substitutions to a contract without a simple check with the client - breach of contract. A bad experience might be rare, but do you really want to risk that for your wedding?
