I LOVE cheeseburgers- I order them in almost all restaurants. However, my only requirement is I must have my burger MEDIUM RARE. Not well-done, not medium-well, not medium. MEDIUM RARE. I want a juicy, bloody burger. The 99 will not allow me to order my burger to my pleasing. I understand their concerns, but they need to understand mine! I refuse to go there (or anywhere else on my list of restaurants that won't let me order my burger they way I want it) since I might as well go somewhere that will let me eat what I want. I'd be happy to sign a waiver if I end up getting sick from my medium rare burger- I swear, I won't sue! But it's still a no-go at the 99...
