Businiess name:  Frugal Flower

Review content:
I paid $60 (+$15 1800flowers fee) for an arrangement of roses, lilies, carnations, and some pink and purple daisy-like flowers as advertised on 1800flowers for my wife this past Mother’s Day. The Frugal Flower sent me an arrangement with 15 daisy-like flowers and 4 roses (I counted). My daughter asked me if I got them at the grocery store. Some of the smaller, filler-type flowers were dying, brown, and droopy. I buy my wife flowers approximately 10 times per year. Based upon my experience, the Frugal Flower provides poor quality for the money you pay.\r \r Customer service is very poor too. I called to express my dissatisfaction; the manager, Craig, told me that he was positive I got my money's worth. He said I should expect only a $45 arrangement if I pay $75 online because the Frugal Flower also charges a $15 fee (in addition to the 1800flowers $15 fee). Despite Craig's badmouthing of 1800flowers, 1800flowers arranged to have another florist deliver better flowers.\r Pros: They are not the only florist in the area. Cons: Poor quality, poor customer service
