From my first call to Jade, to the initial bid, and then to schedule the work, needing a ride both when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up....great customer service, thorough. Job was completed when told, and calls were made to inform and keep the communication going.
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend to others. My car looks wonderful and I am thrilled and a fan of Shine!
I think Shine sets a whole new standard for this type of business.
I went to another place for a bid, and waited for 20 minutes and just didn't feel they were as personable or genuine as Jade. I felt that he took pride in everything he does, while they worked for someone else.
