My accident was traumatic to say the least but the thought of losing my car was the worst because I was not in a position to replace it. Shine told me it was fixable so to plead my case with my insurance, which I did. The repairs were autorized. Shine did an amazing job with a car that could have easily been totaled and in a shorter time than was even promised. My car looks brand new and runs even better than before. Jade called me every other day to give me an update and give me support. I could not ask for better customer service. Jade felt more like an old friend who really cared.
